Introduced in 1969, Mr. Owl was supposed to help us answer one of life's greatest mysteries: How many licks does it take to get to the Tootsie Roll center of a Tootsie Pop? But, even the wise Mr. Owl couldn't resist biting in!
We wanted to show our love to Mr. Owl for trying anyway, so we've featured the classic Tootsie Pop mascot and "How Many Licks?" phrase on this tee.
